Scholastic Purposes

  • Education & Real Life Experience

We plan to teach our analysts how to analyze company financials and use resources like Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook and FactSet. Our analysts will get real experience in the world of investing once our fund is ready. We also provide everyone the opportunity to network and learn from current professionals.

  • Leadership Opportunities

We have 6 different levels of membership within the organizations: General Members, Analysts, Deputy Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Managers, and the Executive board with the President (also Director of Investment), Vice President, Directors of Recruitment and Training, Director of Marketing, and Director of Fundraising.

  • Placement

We have a goal to place Analysts and General Members into not only the Alternative Asset Program but as well as a job in their chosen field. We want to allow analysts to be able to move up within HIH and gain more real-life experience. This will prepare general members and analysts for placements into the Alternative Investments Program as well as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other roles in High Finance.
